Our IQF Green Peas are produced from clean, fresh, and carefully selected peas that are washed thoroughly to remove any dirt or sand. Each batch is inspected to ensure the product is free from insects, diseases, and defects, and is sourced exclusively from non-GMO crops.

The production process includes a meticulous series of steps to guarantee premium quality. The peas are first washed, sorted, and blanched to stabilize color and freshness. They are then rapidly frozen using advanced IQF technology, which preserves their natural sweetness, texture, and vibrant green color by preventing large ice crystal formation. Finally, the peas are packed and stored at temperatures below –18°C to maintain long-term quality and freshness.
