Our IQF Pomegranate Arils are produced from clean, healthy, and fully mature pomegranates sourced from trusted Egyptian farms. After harvest, the fruits are carefully sorted and washed to ensure only ripe, high-quality pomegranates are used. All defective or rotten fruits are completely removed during selection.

The kernels are separated, then rapidly frozen using advanced fluidized IQF technology, which preserves their natural ruby color, crisp texture, and fresh, tangy flavor. Each batch is thoroughly inspected and metal-detected to guarantee superior quality and safety. No additives or genetically modified techniques are used at any stage of production.
